This guide was made specifically for Leica programs and microscopes. The microscope we used to create this how-to guide is the Leica M205 C, consisting of z-stacking capabilities and a motorized column for effortless imaging.
FlexiDome
The flexible silicone dome blocks ambient light and illuminates surfaces with minimal reflections.
Utilize the handles on each side of the dome to lift it up and down.
The power button turns the light on/off.
Users can toggle between both lights being on or can choose between the top and bottom lights.
Users can increase or decrease the light intensity on the scope itself. + increases the intensity, and – decreases it.
