This guide was made specifically for Leica programs and microscopes. The microscope we used to create this how-to guide is the Leica M205 C, consisting of z-stacking capabilities and a motorized column for effortless imaging.
The Explorer Tab
You can use this tab to view all photos in an organized manner and in the locations, they are saved. This is where all images should be named and deleted. Only name, move and delete files within this application.
The bottom drop-down menu, Acquisition Format, determines the format in which your files will be saved. This is the format we use:
