HDR Mode

This guide was made specifically for Leica programs and microscopes. The microscope we used to create this how-to guide is the Leica M205 C, consisting of z-stacking capabilities and a motorized column for effortless imaging.

HDR mode can help the microscope pick up on more aspects of the seed, particularly if the seed is small, transparent, or has a smooth texture and is uniformly very dark or light in color. Select sharpening and turn it up.
